Pingdom added to the links page, it tests the speed of your website and sows you which items are taking the longest.  i.e.  which pictures are slowing down your load time, Don’t forget slow sites are heavily penalised by Google (Google Love).

Google analytics is the best free tracking software for your website.  If you don’t know how many people are viewing your site and how they found it, how can you tell if your website is successful or not?

WP Google Analytics plugin is an excellent and free module for your WordPress website that allows you to insert your google tracking code.  As usual i have created a graphical tutorial leading you through the process.
